You will do the following, you will perform the procedure below
Open the command prompt (admin) and run the commands: sfc /scannow and dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, wait for the process to finish and restart the computer.
Open the start menu > Settings > applications > Installed Apps > search for Onenote and Microsoft OneNote or Microsoft 365 and uninstall.
Access the Microsoft Store > Library > Get Updates, wait for the process to finish
Open Windows Powershell (admin) and run the command: Get-AppxPackage OneNote | Remove-AppxPackage.
Access the Device Manager > Print Queue > uninstall Onenote (Windows) and send to Onenote.
