My Pc keeps Blue screening me, and now its out of control, it keeps doing it, i get the dxgkrnl.sys fail, every time, i have testet all my hardware, no fault, i have updated all my drivers, no help, i have tried following all the steps i could read on other post, nothing helps, only thing i have left is to clean install new windows, but i doubt it will work, what the hell to do?

    Good day! This is Rodney A. an Independent Advisor here in Microsoft Community. My goal is to resolve your issue in a timely manner.

    Please try creating a new Windows User Profile and test it from there prior doing a clean install. It is possible it is just the Windows user profile is corrupted.

    Well for now it haven’t crashed yet, but I will let you know if it’s gonna happen with the account switch.

    It didnt work sadly, it crashed a few time after
