First of all, the specs.

16gig ram
Win10 LTSB 2016 (1607)
Touchscreen connected via. USB-C /1024x768
Intel HD Graphics 630
So I have a really odd situation with one of my clients. And none of the other 400+ have this issue.
And up until yesterday, it had been running fine.
When the system boots, the screen is completely black.
If I connect via. teamviewer, the screen is black.
But, if I connect via. rdp to the POS unit, I get picture on both remote desktop, and teamviewer.
If I check devices, and printers. all devices are connected properly, like they should be.
Touch Input device eGalaxTouch is being registered, and shows as functioning.
The customer tried replacing the screen, no change.
And the old screen worked perfectly on another POS. So the screen is not at fault.
