SCCM - See who triggered the Configuration Manager Client Installation on a Client via Admin Console

Question

Hello everybody,
someone of my colleagues triggered a Configuration-Manager-Client-Installation on every Server and Client in our Network.

Is there any way to see, who triggered the Action to install the Configuration-Manager-Client on all these Servers and Clients?

I could not find anything useful in the web and the common Logs.
