Hello everybody.
I have got a strange problem I don't know how to handle.
My System is a Win 11 Pro up to date with the latest patches (stable) ,
The latest version of Edge (stable) is installed.
The problem to me seems quiete strange.
When I try to open Bing with Edge (or open the Co-Pilot in the side menu) I get an NXDOMAIN-error (Co-Pilot just gets a time out). Also the MS-Start-View in the widgets shows all pictures blurry. But since all news are provided from msn.com, they will open just fine.
If I try to open Bing with any other browser (Firefox, Brave, Chrome) it works just fine and Bing opens.
That tells me, that I do NOT have any issue with my internetconnection or my firewall. The Problem is in Edge itself.
What I tryed so far:
Disable all plug ins -> no change
Create new browser profile -> no change
reset Edge -> no change
what else could explain this haviour?

Hi, Björn,
Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.
Usually, this problem is caused by cached information on the browser, clearing the browser cache should fix this problem.
1-Open the browser then press Ctrl+Shift+Delete
2-Change the time range to "All time"
3-Check all options then click on the Clear button.
4-Relaunch the browser and check if the problem is fixed
Alert: This procedure will delete all cached files including saved passwords and autofill information.
Another possible cause of this problem is a corruption of the Edge installation. You can repair the Edge installation in the Apps settings.
1-Click on Start then click on Settings
2-Click on Apps then click on Installed apps
3-Search for Edge, click on the three dots(...) and select "Modify"
4-Click on the "Repair" button and follow the instructions
5-When finished, relaunch the browser and check if the problem is fixed
I hope this information helps. If you have any questions or the problem persists, please let me know and I'll be glad to assist you further.
