We sent an invitation to a guest user who has a private microsoft account (not in an organization and no license). She accepted it a few months ago and it worked perfectly fine. Now we need the guest user to join a teams meeting again, but she can't access the guest account anymore.
We tried logging her into our tenant with the email address which is found in our azure active directory but it doesn't accept her password.
We tried logging her into her personal microosoft account and switch organisation which doesn't work, because her account is not a work account.
We tried logging her into microsoft teams with her personal account and the account information which is noted in our azure active directory.
Nothing seems to work.
Is it possible, that guest users that don't have a license or a work account can't access the guest user again?
