Microsoft Word auf Mac stürzt dauernd ab beim Öffnen bzw. Speichern

Hallo an alle :)

Seit heute kann ich auf meinem Mac keine MS Word Dokumente mehr öffnen bzw. neue Dokumente nicht speichern.

Sobald ich ein bereits existierendes Dokument öffne, stürzt MS Word sofort ab.

Wenn ich ein neues Dokument schreibe und dann speichern möchte, stürzt das Programm auch sofort ab.

Outlook funktioniert. Die anderen Office Programme habe ich nicht geprüft.

Was ich bisher probiert habe:

  • Benutzervorlage zurückgesetzt
  • .com.microsoft.word.plist library files auf den Desktop gezogen und dann das Programm gestartet
  • MS Word im Safe Mode bedienen
  • MS Word deinstallieren und dann neu installieren

Hat leider alles bisher nicht geholfen.

Ich hoffe mir kann jemand helfen! :) Alle meine Studiums-Notizen sind in Word-Dateien gespeichert und ich bin auf Word angewiesen

    Kay, there is a new update that will correct the problem. Just download that and install it and it should be corrected.

    Why can't Microsoft push out another update to correct this issue. All MS Office Apps will not open or create and save any docs in Excel, Word or Powerpoint. When is the next update coming with a fix so we don't have to spend all the time and effort to correct the error MS created with the update by uninstalling and reinstalling.

    Hallo Kay,

    Du kannst Office Anwendungen komplett deinstallieren und wieder neu installieren. Mach sicher, dass alle Information in MAC Bibliotheken entfernt ist. Mehr Details findest du im Artikel.
