My mobile phone number is already used when joining the ms 365 developer program

Hello Support,

when I want to join the developer program of microsoft 365 then i have to pass a security check by verifying my phone number.

Unfortunately i get an error that is saying my number is already associated with a microsoft account.

Here is the message:

We can't continue with the signup process. You already have one or more Microsoft 365 Developer Program accounts associated with this phone number. To continue, you must delete any existing accounts.

The following email accounts are currently associated with this phone number:

• e****t@o****k.c****m

To delete your Microsoft 365 Developer Program account, sign in to your dashboard with your email account and choose Delete Profile.

This action will delete your existing user profile and your Microsoft 365 developer subscription, including all data. After you complete this step, you can rejoin the program, and after 60 days you can set up a new subscription.

But i am sure it is not.

Even when it is associated i want to remove this association between my phone number and the unknown account.

I can not contact the support directly in order to remove my phone number from the unknown acc.
