My PowerPoint crashes when I open a PowerPoint presentation from Microsoft Teams. After force quitting, I get the following error code:

Greetings for the day! Thanks for contacting this forum.

Are you able to access PowerPoint without any issues using the desktop application?

If the Office application is crashing, please follow these steps to resolve the issue.

1. Close all Office applications.
2. Sign-out of your Office account.
3. Clear the temporary and cache files. Go to temp location and clear all the files. To clear temporary files, Press Windows key + R to open the Run command. Then type “temp” in the search field and press OK.
4. In the meantime, if your Office is not yet updated, kindly install the latest updates. Check the steps in this article: Install Office updates - https://support.microsoft.com/office/2ab296f3-7f03-43a2-8e50-46de917611c5
5. Remove any unwanted Add-in added. Choose Tools>PowerPoint Add-Ins. Then select the add-in and click the minus sign to deactivate

6. Do a safe reboot. You can start Safe Mode using the F8 key during start up. 7, Repair Office app and try to launch it again from Teams application
