As per your description, for this data loss issue, if you are using Office 365 business/Education subscription account, please contact your admin and let them to contact Microsoft Support immediately. Lost files should be able to be restored from the backend with this support channel within 14 days.
Please understand your data loss might be recover from Microsoft backend side, Support team is not allowed to create ticket on behalf of customers, this is not only because of the policy, but also privacy protection. And we can't provide detailed organization information to pass the identity instead of customers themselves. Thanks for your kindly understanding.
