Dear de Greef GmbH,
Thank you for sharing on our Community!
To access the admin center, an admin account is required. Please kindly help to check if any other administrator is available. If you are not the only administrator, here is what to do:
- Ask another global admin in your tenant (organization) to:
- Sign in to
- Go to Users > Active Users
- Search for the user name/email
- Click your name > Manage multifactor authentication
- Choose Disable MFA for your account
- Save changes
- You can now sign in without the Authenticator app, and then re-set up MFA using a new app or phone.
If you are the only administrator on your tenant, to resolve this, Microsoft’s support team will need to step in. A technical support engineer can perform a remote session to investigate the situation, verify the backend configurations, and run any necessary synchronization tools to resolve the problem. If the issue requires further attention, they can escalate it to a specialized team for deeper analysis.
As forum moderators, we don’t have access to the detailed logs or backend systems needed to troubleshoot this effectively due to privacy and security constraints. For that reason, the most efficient solution would be to contact Microsoft’s support team directly.
For the standard procedure outlined above, Office 365 global administrators may need to contact the Office 365 support team by submitting a service request.
Here’s what your Office 365 Global Admin should do next:
- Submit a Service Request: The Global Admin should create a service request with Microsoft support to get advanced technical assistance and diagnostics. For detailed instructions on how to get support, please refer to Support anfordern - Microsoft 365 admin | Microsoft Learn.
Call Microsoft Support: For additional assistance, use this link to find the appropriate contact number: Telefonnummern für den Kundendienst - Microsoft-Support
I hope this helps.
Best regards,
