That black screen after device prep usually means something’s hanging during the user account provisioning phase often a policy, app install, or profile assignment that’s blocking sign-in. Since the device shows up in Intune, the enrollment worked, but something in ESP isn’t completing. You might want to check assigned apps/profiles for required installs, as even one stuck item can stall the setup. Clearing the device record in Intune and re-provisioning sometimes helps if it’s stuck in a loop.
