Microsoft Education-Wechsel der Bildungseinrichtung

Guten Tag,

ich benutze seit einem Jahr Microsoft Word mit dem Studentenabo. Ich habe die Uni/Hochschule aber im Februar gewechselt. Jetzt da mein Abo abläuft möchte ich dies natürlich gerne verlängern, komme aber mit den Zugangsdaten der alten Uni nicht mehr rein (und möchte die natürlich auf meine neue Uni ändern). Ich habe in Kiel an der CAU studiert und bi an die Euro FH gewechselt.

Ich würde mich sehr über eine Antwort und Hilfe freuen.

Wenn deine neue Bildungseinrichtung Microsoft 365 Education mit den Desktopversionen bereitstellt, registriere dich neu. Auskunft gibt deine Bildungseinrichtung.

du schreibst hier mit den anderen benutzern, nicht mit microsoft. auch wenn es anders wäre, hätte microsoft auch nichts tun gekonnt.

btt: dein fall ist bestimmt kein einzelfall.

bitte setze dich in verbindung mit den für it zuständigen personen deiner neuen uni. wenn du berechtigt bist, eine student-version von office zu benutzen, bekommst du von denen den neuen product key und weitere hinweise.

Each organization’s IT department is responsible for managing its own users, following its own protocols and security policies. Microsoft’s role is to support the organization’s IT administrators by providing tools—not to bypass them or intervene directly.

Imagine a situation where a disgruntled former employee—or student—gets fired or removed and then contacts Microsoft to regain access to sensitive internal data. If Microsoft were to help them directly without the organization’s knowledge or approval, it would be a major breach of privacy and security. That’s why Microsoft strictly defers to the organization’s IT department for any user account matters.

In your situation, you would need to reach out to your IT team at Kiel University. It is their decision to whether allow your user to be temporarily reinstated so that you can access your data.

As for whether you would continue to have Microsoft 365, it will depend if your new school supplies the license.
