Wie übertrage ich den Microsoft Authenticator auf ein neues Handy ohne Cloudsicherung?

Hallo,

bei der Authenticator App ist eine Cloud-Sicherung nicht möglich. Wenn man es versucht, kommt in Dauerschleife eine Meldung "dieses Konto können sie nicht nutzen" oder so ähnlich. Ist nur einen Bruchteil einer Sekunde zu lesen.

Ich benötige die Authenticator App leider kurzfristig auf dem neuen Handy und muss das alte abgeben. Das Problem scheint mit der 2_Faktor Authentisierung zu tun zu haben.

okay, Danke.

Hab mir eben die Authenticator App angesehen. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit das Konto als persönliches Konto zu. bestätigen.

Leider habe ich gestern bei der Aktion ein persönliches Konto nur mit "Vorname.Nachname" eingerichtet. Das Anlegen hat funktioniert, aber sonst nichts und endet in der Dauerschleife. Anmelden kann ich mich an dem pers. Konto mit "Vorname.Nachname" auch nicht, weil bei der Anmeldung eine Mailadresse anstatt "Vorname.Nachname" gefordert wird.

Wie bekomme ich dieses pers. Konto mit "Vorname.Nachname" wieder gelöscht?

Ich habe jetzt ein pers. Konto über das Web-Interface eingerichtet. Wie bekomme ich dieses neue pers. Konto bei der Authenticator App eingerichtet?

Hi again,

If you created a personal account using just “firstname.lastname” and it doesn’t include a full email address, it likely wasn’t fully registered. You won’t be able to delete it directly unless it is saved as a complete Microsoft account. If it was, you can go to account.microsoft.com, sign in if possible, and follow the steps to close the account.

If you can’t sign in at all, the account may not exist as a full Microsoft identity, and you can safely ignore it during setup.

 

How to Set Up Your New Personal Account in Authenticator

Install Microsoft Authenticator on your new phone from the Play Store or App Store.

Open the app and tap the + (plus) icon.

Choose Personal account.

Sign in using the email address of your new personal Microsoft account.

If prompted, scan the QR code from your Security Info page on a computer.

Complete the setup by approving the sign-in or entering the verification code.

 

If you had cloud backup enabled on your old phone, Authenticator should offer to restore your accounts automatically. If not, you’ll need to manually re-add each account using QR codes or recovery options from the services you use.

unfortunately it wasn't particularly helpful. 

I've since managed to set up the personal account on the old phone with the 

authenticator and create a cloud backup. I then restored it on the new phone using 

the cloud backup. 

Both authenticator accounts were then available on the new phone. However, both 

require an action (scanning a QR code). 

In effect, the whole process was purely a chore without much rhyme or reason. I 

don't have the QR code, and I wanted to avoid that by moving the authenticator to 

the new phone. That's not a real restore; it's nonsense, to say the least. 

How can I perform a real restore?
