If your Microsoft Office package isn’t activating, first check that you’re signed in with the same Microsoft account you used to purchase it. Make sure your product key is entered correctly (if it’s a key-based license) and that your subscription is active.

Also, ensure your computer is connected to the internet, and temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus that might block activation. If it still doesn’t work, try signing out of Office completely, restarting your computer, and signing back in. I recommend using Microsoft’s Activation Troubleshooter or contacting Microsoft Support directly, they can quickly check your license and fix activation issues.
