As a first step, please confirm that you are signed in with the correct work or school account, rather than a personal Microsoft account, and that the account belongs to the expected organization. After that, we recommend contacting your organization’s administrator to review the following:
- Verify whether admin consent is required
- Navigate to: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) > Enterprise Applications > Consent and permissions

- User consent is disabled
- Admin approval required
- If either setting applies, admin consent must be granted.
- Grant admin consent (if user consent is not blocked)
- The administrator can:
- Go to Microsoft Entra ID
- Open Enterprise Applications
- Locate the affected application
- Select Permissions
- Click Grant admin consent
