Hotmail looked

My hotmail account has been looked because there was apparently unusual activity. I have been prompted to verify myself and to do so I have to use a phone number that is sadly no longer available cause it was a German number and now I live in the USA and have an American number. Because of this I am prompted to use a verification form that has questions about information that I honestly have forgotten cause I set this account probably 25 years ago or more and I have moved since then to 3 different countries and many cities and changed my credit card many times or no longer remember my Skype user name, Skype is no longer available, also the form wants me to write the header of emails I have sent lately using the looked account (how am I supposed to remember this if I cannot access this looked account). There is no way to ask for a reset of password cause on those forms there is no way to put a different phone number or alternative email address. I am desperate, because of this I was almost victim of a freaking scam. I need to recover my account, all professional activities, important emails, links to services including goverment agencies are done trough this account!

There is no way for me to talk with an actual human, I am just being thrown into AI loops and support FAQs but no actual help
