Gets an object representing a DbNodeResource along with the instance operations that can be performed on it but with no data. You can use CreateResourceIdentifier(String, String, String, String) to create a DbNodeResource ResourceIdentifier from its components. MockingTo mock this method, please mock GetDbNodeResource(ResourceIdentifier) instead.
