I cant connect to forza horizon 5 multiplayer.

I am in windows 11 and steam version of the game. I contact with xbox support and send me to steam support

who send me to forza horizon support. Then i do every step (without solving the problem) and they send me to windows support.
In Xbox Console Companion :
NAT type : Open
Server connectivity : Connected

What should i do ?
