Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • When zoom was set to 400% in the Customer Service Hub, the Advanced find button in the Recent records popup, and long record names within Posts were not visible in the timeline.*
  • The Narrator screen reader did not announce the row and column counts for all of the cells within a grid.*
  • On iOS, the Voiceover screen reader applied focus to the entire appointment entity page, after expanding the "cases" dropdown when the "accounts" dropdown was expanded.
  • In the Customer Service Hub when creating an email activity, the Narrator screen reader focus did go to a grid table in any entity when using keyboard navigation.
  • When selecting any data from a cases grid in the Customer Service Hub, the NVDA and Narrator screen reader narrator announced 'Alert' multiple times.
  • The VoiceOver screen reader did not announce the expanded or collapsed state of the activities control in a quick create menu.
  • In the Customer Service Hub, when the page zoom was set to 200%, list items in the Dashboard selector control could not be accessed using keyboard navigation.
  • When opening the "Choose records for to" dialog box, the Talkback screen reader did not announce any information.

Solutions

  • In Omnichannel for Customer Service, the message preview did not show to users when hovering over a customer communication alert.

Unified Interface

  • On the Field Service mobile app, scrolling through Active Accounts would intermittently display a spinning load icon without loading records.
