Repaired Functionality

The following list details issues whose resolutions repair items in Dynamics that are not functioning.

Accessibility

  • On mobile devices, the Command bar and tab navigator in an account record was unresponsive or not visible within account records that did not contain a header.

Solutions

  • When importing a holiday calendar during an SLA solution migration, the dates in the holiday calendar were updated.

Unified Interface

  • The Select All button was not displayed within PCF grid container.
  • Quick Actions were not presented on the Primary column of the Search Results Table when using arrow keys.
  • When switching font to Segoe UI for Notes in the timeline, the font settings reverted to the previous font format, in the Customer Service Hub.
  • When creating a note and appointment in the timeline of an account entity, a portion of the title and subject fields were not visible.*
  • When editing a Note in the Timeline, selecting the browser's "back" button several times resulted in multiple confirmation notifications.

Solutions

  • An error occurred intermittently when creating a new service record in the scheduling area within the Customer Service Hub.

Unified Interface

  • An error occurred and the form did not load when navigating to the "Primary Contact" tab in an account record.
  • An error occurred after switching to offline mode before all available data was updated and synchronized in the Field Service Mobile app.*
