Accessibility

  • When creating a new record using quick create and browsing the available list items, the Talkback screen reader did not announce the correct information for each list item.
  • In the Sales Hub, screen readers announced table information when no table was present when viewing more options for a case relationship.

Platform Services

  • Inline pictures and attachments were not updated for emails tracked in Dynamics 365.*

Solutions

  • When creating a new SLA item on a case entity that contained a calendar, the calendar did not match the local language settings.*

Unified Interface

  • When searching for text in a timeline, attachments in note records within the search results were not highlighted.

  • An error occurred when downloading an attachment from a post in a timeline within the Customer Service admin center.
