Support ending for Parature

Last October, we announced that as of November 1, 2016, Parature from Microsoft would no longer be available to new customers. We have continued to innovate and invest heavily in Dynamics 365 for Customer Service, and to transition the capabilities of Parature to Dynamics 365 for Customer Service. To align with these investments, and to provide unified engagement across all Dynamics 365 business applications, Microsoft will end support for Parature and terminate the service on May 15, 2018. We have developed a toolkit to simplify the migration process. Visit the Parature migration support portal to submit any questions you might have about the migration process or migration tools.
