A toolbar now appears each time a PDF is opened for a few seconds then disappears. The toolbar also appears when scrolling to the top of the document. How do I disable the toolbar?

Dear Lee,in this case it is not possible to disable this toolbar in Edge;
The PDF reader is integrated into Edge by default, and so far there is no setting to disable it;
