Is Disk usage billed in hours used or monthly?

Question

Hello! I am a new user to Azure and I was wondering, how disk usage billing works. Does it get billed hourly usage of VM or is it billed on a monthly basis? For example lets say, I have a win 10 VM with a P10 disk. I have used the VM for an hour. Will i be billed for the hourly usage or will i pay at the end of the month?

Your help will really be appreciated.
