Weird Desktop Folder

Alright, so here's the issue - I have two different "desktops". One that I see, and my desktop folder. Attached are two images that help when I'm explaining things. The top image is my desktop folder, and the bottom is what I see when I minimize a window on my right monitor. About 1/3 of the icons on the bottom aren't showing on the top. If you want me to, I'll explain how It got like this, and it involves a OneDrive screwup. Any help getting this (hopefully) last piece of jank working again would be appreciated! (Also, the ones that aren't in the top are columns 1 and about half of column two.)

    Hi Hedra3,

I'm Rodrigo and I will help you.

You probably had your Desktop synced with Onedrive, open the File Explorer, right click Desktop library > Properties > Location tab, you will see the actual Desktop folder location, this can explain better your issue and we can proceed to fix this.

Attribute A means that the file was modified since the last backup, so when a backup routine will be executed, the file will be backed up

The Public Desktop is the folder that shows to all users, if you put a shortcut there, it will be accessible to all users

Alright, so I was going to send something along the lines of this:

    Image

But when I was going to upload a picture of a properties > details part of it, I noticed the ones that came back were, not in my desktop, if that makes any sense. This is what I mean:

    Image

At least I managed to figure it out. Wait, I noticed something else wrong. Other than the wrong path, it's attributes are A, which I know to be administrator. Anyone know why?

Quick edit: Found the public desktop folder, and everything that isn't in my normal desktop is there. Honestly, no idea what to do from here.
