PowerPoint annotations with multi-touch

Hi there

Do PowerPoint's live annotation tools support multi-touch technology? I would like more than one person to be able to draw on a slide simultaneously, using a multi-touch display whiteboard. The whiteboard is an android device. I have tried and it didn't work but wondered if there's a setting I can change somewhere to enable this?

Many thanks if you are able to help.
