Hotmail account can't be verified

My hotmail account has been blocked and I can't log in. I've tried to verify online and it comes back with not enough information to verify. I've also filled in a form, sent to me through a live chat, to request my account be reinstated and explained why, but I get no response from that. I've tried to find the live chat and now can't find that either! Someone must be able to help me get the account reinstated.
