How do I change my email address associated with my MS Learn Profile

Hi!

How can I change my email address associated with my MS Learn Profile?
Everything recommends adding a personal account and removing the old one but you can't do this because you cannot add a second personal account.

If anyone is able to help, it would be greatly appreciated.
