Hello Harriett. You're welcome. The recent inability to access your calendar and OneDrive with your @wordstogo.com email is probably due to Microsoft recently starting to enforce (as of August 2025) passwordless authentication and to clean up earlier (legacy) accounts. If this email was previously connected to an earlier Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), or if 'complete' registration with a full Microsoft account was never performed, then in some situations it may not re-instate (re-authenticate) properly on certain devices. This is why you have access on your phone still (or it may still be using cached credentials), and why it doesn't work on your laptop. The calendar and OneDrive content is probably still intact for now, but if you exceed your OneDrive storage quota (and remember you are paying $1.99/month), you will not be able to upload or edit files.
The quota situation could be related to the two shared folders in your OneDrive, and the three months provider for the one subscription offer that you have not logged into. With respect to the quota issue, do the following: Ensure your @wordstogo.com is registered as a 'full' Microsoft account at account.microsoft.com. For the next steps, you need to disconnect it from 'Access work or school' in settings in Windows, then re-add it under 'Email & accounts' as a Microsoft (MSA) account. Next, go to onedrive.live.com to check how much storage you are actually using. At this point, empty your Recycle Bin. Finally check your subscription at account.microsoft.com/services. If this issue persists even after 48 hours later, my option left is for your to contact Microsoft Support (with screenshots) and ask them to manually refresh your quota for you.
Note: You have to be logged in and enter a keyword then the " Chat " will show up.
Best regards,
