Why my Microsoft account suddenly disappear?

I can't use my Microsoft account anymore! Today, when I try to log in my email, it just say: That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or create a new one. Im shocked to see what happened to my Microsoft account. And when I choose "create a new one" and type the same email, it accepted that to be a new one, although I didn't even delete the email!? What The Hell?!

I don't know why i get into this situation. And I don't know what to do to fix it. Can anyone help me?
