Is it possible that your account has been hacked?
If you’ve already confirmed that the email address was entered correctly and you’re still seeing the message that the account doesn’t exist, there’s a chance the account may have been compromised and deleted.
If someone gained access to your account, they could have removed or closed it, which would explain why the system now allows you to create a new account using the same email.
But recreating it unfortunately won’t restore your previous game data, purchases, or any old information, since those were tied to the original account.
