If your Xbox account has been compromised and you are unable to access it due to verification issues with an email that is not yours, here are some steps you can take:

    1. Account Recovery: Since you mentioned that you have already submitted information to recover your account, ensure that you have followed all the steps provided by the recovery process. You may need to provide as much information as possible to verify your identity.
    2. Contact Support: If you are having trouble reaching support via phone, consider using online support options. You can visit the Xbox support website and look for live chat options or submit a support ticket. They may be able to assist you more effectively through these channels.
    3. Check for Compromised Account Symptoms: If your account is compromised, you might notice unusual activities such as unfamiliar purchases or changes to your account settings. If you regain access, make sure to change your password immediately and enable two-factor authentication if available.
    4. Follow Up: If you have already contacted support, ensure to follow up on your case. Sometimes, persistence can help in getting a resolution.

If you continue to experience issues, it may be necessary to escalate your case or seek further assistance through different support channels.
