Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Microsoft Q&A is public, and we can only provide information. It is beyond our capability to assist directly with the account or login-related issues.

Is it possible that your account has been hacked? If you’ve already confirmed that the email address was entered correctly and you’re still seeing the message that the account doesn’t exist, it’s possible that the account may have been compromised.

To help narrow down the issue:

Do you remember receiving any security alert before this happened?

Also, please try searching for the account using these steps from Microsoft: https://support.microsoft.com/account-billing/forgotten-your-microsoft-account-username-b2049472-3b8f-27d3-61c6-67a668453f4c Click on "Search" and follow the instructions provided.

If you receive any error messages, such as “account doesn’t exist” or anything else, please let me know.

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.

It sounds like you're experiencing an issue with your Microsoft account where it's indicating that the account does not exist. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this:

    1. Verify Email: Ensure that you are entering the correct email address without any typos or extra spaces.
    2. Account Recovery: If you believe your account should exist, try using the account recovery options provided by Microsoft. You can select the "Can't sign in" link on the sign-in page to access the recovery tools.
    3. Contact Support: If you continue to face issues, consider reaching out to Microsoft Customer Support for further assistance. They can help you determine if there are any issues with your account.
    4. Check for Existing Accounts: If the email you are trying to use is already associated with another account, you may need to recover that account instead.

If your organization uses a federated sign-in, you may need to check with your IT department for further assistance.
