To confirm your real charges:
- Sign in at https://account.microsoft.com/services
- Check your billing history there
- Only charges shown there are from Microsoft.
About your Microsoft 365 subscription:
- Yes, one subscription can usually be used on multiple devices, including laptops, as long as you are signed in with the same Microsoft account.
To help narrow down the issue:
- Did the email come from an official Microsoft address (ending in @microsoft.com)?
- Do you see any $900+ charge in your Microsoft account or PayPal activity?
- Have you clicked anything in that email?
