Bing has deindexed / hidden our site?

Our website HealthCore.org.uk shows as “Indexed Successfully” in Bing Webmaster Tools, but a site:healthcore.org.uk search on Bing returns zero results. The site also doesn’t appear on Yahoo or DuckDuckGo. We do quite well in Google so I’m totally perplexed.

We have checked and resolved all common causes robots.txt, noindex tags, sitemap, crawl errors, manual actions, schema markup, and IndexNow are all correctly configured. The domain has no prior spam history. The site ranks normally on Google.

We are a nurse-led, accredited health training provider in the UK. We believe this may be an automated suppression and would appreciate a manual review of our domain.

Is there anything further we can provide to help resolve this?

    Hi,

Thank you for sharing your question. I understand you’ve already verified robots.txt, noindex, sitemaps, crawl health, IndexNow, schema, and that the domain has no spam history, and I see your concern given that Google visibility remains normal while a site: search on Bing returns no results.

When URLs show as “Indexed successfully” in Bing Webmaster Tools yet do not surface—even for site: queries this commonly indicates algorithmic suppression or “indexed but not visible” status, which differs from a crawl or robots issue. Microsoft’s forum guidance explains that pages can be stored by Bing but withheld from public results when quality, trust, or other policy signals are insufficient, or due to synchronization issues between indexing and serving; in such cases, resolution often requires a combination of quality/authority improvements and a manual review via Bing Webmaster Support.

To move forward, I recommend a focused checklist. First, use URL Inspection in Bing Webmaster Tools for several key pages and note any statuses like “Indexed, but not visible on the web,” “Excluded by algorithms,” or canonicalization to other URLs; also check Security & Manual Actions in BWT for warnings. If pages are suppressed with no technical blockers, open a ticket with Webmaster Support and request a review of potential sitewide suppression. Cases matching your symptoms have been escalated and unblocked after review, but changes may take 2–3 weeks to reflect in search.

Have you run URL Inspection on a few representative pages (home, key service pages, a course page) and seen any of the “indexed but not visible” or “excluded by algorithms” messages, and have you already opened a ticket with Bing Webmaster Support for a manual review?

    Encourage User to Follow Up

Please share any URL Inspection screenshots and your support ticket ID; I can help you summarize the findings for Support and suggest targeted on‑page and authority improvements aligned to Bing’s guidelines while the review is underway.

    Best Regards,

    Noel
