I got email about suspicious activity from my email address [PII Removed] and I previously lost access, so I no longer use it. I would appreciate if that email address is deleted, but do not delete my whole account with Microsoft. You can email [PII Removed] and I will respond. If you do not do anything, I am going to ignore the suspicious activity emails, and [PII Removed] will have unauthorized activity that I will not try to stop.

Hi! Sorry to hear that you have troubles with this. To delete an email addres you need to have account access. If you currently don't have account access, visit the next link to get help on how to fill out the Microsoft account recovery form successfully:
I can't prove that <removed PII>@hotmail.com is mine by saying what email is in it because I have not used it in years. Unless somebody at Microsoft deletes <removed PII>@hotmail.com without deleting my Microsoft account and Outlook email, <removed PII>@hotmail.com could be used regularly by one or more people who did not make it, and I am not doing any more work to get it deleted. I do not consider <removed PII>@hotmail.com to be mine, I will ignore any emails about suspicious activity or violating terms of service, and I will not take responsibility if somebody else violates terms of service using <removed PII>@hotmail.com
As I mentioned, Microsoft support can`t change the settings in your account, which could be a violation to the account privacy terms.
