Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

The email you received is spam.

The email address used is not an official Microsoft address, and the message is not legitimate.

Microsoft has implemented several AI-based filters to detect and block phishing emails; however, some messages can still slip through.

You can report this email to Microsoft by selecting Report, then choosing Report phishing.

Screenshot of the Report button with Report Phishing selected in the classic ribbon in Outlook on the web.

After reporting it, move the email to your Junk Email folder or Deleted Items folder.
