Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Can you tell me a little more about the issue?

    1. Are you getting an error message when trying to access that email account in Outlook?
    2. Also, are you using Outlook desktop app, Outlook web, or Outlook on your phone?
    3. And when you say “all email accounts,” do you mean multiple accounts already added to Outlook, or are you trying to add another account?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

For Outlook.com and Outlook on the web, use these options to access all email accounts:

    1. If the issue is with a Microsoft personal email account (for example, Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com) not syncing or opening in classic Outlook:
      • Ensure the correct account type is selected. For a Hotmail.com or Live.com address, use Outlook.com as the account type, not Exchange or Microsoft 365.
      • If classic Outlook is not syncing messages and folders, remove and re-add the account using the correct type so all folders and mail sync properly.
    2. If the issue is that third‑party accounts (like Gmail or Yahoo) no longer work in Outlook.com:
      • Microsoft has removed the ability to connect new third‑party accounts and to sync existing connected accounts directly in Outlook.com.
      • To continue viewing all accounts while still using Outlook:
        • Add those accounts directly to an email app such as Outlook for Mac or another Outlook client that supports multiple accounts.
        • Or configure the third‑party accounts (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) to forward email to an Outlook.com address so all messages arrive in one mailbox. For example, use Gmail’s “Automatically forward Gmail messages to another account” feature or Yahoo Mail’s “Automatic email forwarding”.
    3. To unify multiple accounts in Outlook for Mac:
      • Add each account: go to Tools > Accounts, select + > New Account, and follow the prompts.
      • After multiple accounts are added, go to Mail > All Accounts and select Inbox under All Accounts to see a unified inbox containing mail from all accounts.
    4. If access to Outlook.com or a Microsoft personal email account is still not possible (for example, sign‑in or mailbox issues):
      • Use the Outlook.com help and support options by selecting Help in Outlook.com or using the provided support entry points to contact support or open a case.
