What is the correct size for an image that will be used as an avatar

NTFS is still mired in the 32-bit mentality. High capacity disks cannot use 4K blocks as 32-bit baggage forces 8K blocks. exFAT is better as this can handle 4K blocks fine but NTFS cannot Time to modernize
