Where is the 'File Menu' tollbar in Windows Live Mail? This is totally rubbish. It's NOT an improvement, you have merely dumbed it down!!!

I cannot find any way to display the 'File Menu@ in Windows Live Mail. You have made Windows Mail virtually unusable because all mail goes straight to WLM so I hardly ever see any incoming mail in Windows Mail.. Why has it been dumbed down in  this way?
