Well, the headline says that there are 15, but when I look, I see 16 ;-) In any case, these look like great labs in the Office Developer Center!

    My theory is that the are counting in a zero based array. That is what geeks do.

    My other theory is that it is a typo, I think that is a little stronger of a guess. :)
