Get a bool parameter and return a default if its not present in the hash table.

Parameters

parameterName: String

The name of the parameter to return.

defaultValue: Boolean

The value to return if parameterName does not exist in the Bag.

Returns

Boolean

The parameter value.

Remarks

If parameterName does not exist in the Bag, defaultValue is returned.
