AssemblyInfo.ProductName Property

Gets the product name associated with the application.

containing the product name associated with the application.
The assembly does not have an AssemblyProductAttribute attribute.
This example uses the My.Application.Info.ProductName
property to display the product name associated with the application.
MsgBox("Application product name: " & My.Application.Info.ProductName)
The My.Application.Info.ProductName
property gets the product name associated with the application.
You can change the product name by changing the value for Product in the Assembly Information dialog box, accessible from the Application pane of the Project Designer.
