UriSchemeKeyedCollection.InsertItem(Int32, Uri) Method

Inserts a URI into the collection at a specified location.

The zero-based index that specifies the insertion location for the item in the collection.
The item URI is not an absolute URI.
item URI already contains a scheme name already in the collection.
