A ChartArea object, otherwise null

.
If a Chart object is returned by the hit test, the ChartArea property will reference the ChartArea object that is associated with the returned chart element.
If no chart element is returned by the hit test, the value of this property will be null
.
Note The HitTest method can be called explicitly, in which case a chart element may or may not be at the specified location.
