ObjectList.CreateTemplatedItemDetails(Boolean) Method

Returns true if the instantiated templates must bind to available data (which usually happens on the first request). Returns false if the templates must not bind to data, and instead rely on view state to have them filled in (which usually happens on subsequent postbacks).
Called by device adapters when rendering templates.
