Gets the minimum range value supported by the control.

Public ReadOnly Property Minimum As Double
The minimum value supported by the control or null (Nothing
in Visual Basic) if the control does not support Minimum.
The following example shows an implementation of this method for a control that has a minimum value of 0.0.
