DataGridView.OnRowsRemoved(DataGridViewRowsRemovedEventArgs) Method

Definition

Raises the RowsRemoved event.

protected:
 virtual void OnRowsRemoved(System::Windows::Forms::DataGridViewRowsRemovedEventArgs ^ e);
protected virtual void OnRowsRemoved (System.Windows.Forms.DataGridViewRowsRemovedEventArgs e);
abstract member OnRowsRemoved : System.Windows.Forms.DataGridViewRowsRemovedEventArgs -> unit
override this.OnRowsRemoved : System.Windows.Forms.DataGridViewRowsRemovedEventArgs -> unit
Protected Overridable Sub OnRowsRemoved (e As DataGridViewRowsRemovedEventArgs)

Parameters

e
DataGridViewRowsRemovedEventArgs

A DataGridViewRowsRemovedEventArgs that contains information about the deleted rows.

Remarks

Raising an event invokes the event handler through a delegate. For more information, see Handling and Raising Events.

The OnRowsRemoved method also allows derived classes to handle the event without attaching a delegate. This is the preferred technique for handling the event in a derived class.

Notes to Inheritors

When overriding OnRowsRemoved(DataGridViewRowsRemovedEventArgs) in a derived class, be sure to call the base class' OnRowsRemoved(DataGridViewRowsRemovedEventArgs) method so that registered delegates receive the event.
