Gets the time when the key frame ends expressed as a time relative to the beginning of the animation.

When a key time is expressed as a time span, the key frame ending time is specified as a time relative to the beginning of the animation. For example, if the time span is set to "0:0:2", the key frame will end two seconds after the animation begins.
