G/L Register (report)

The G/L Register report displays a list of posted general ledger (G/L) batches, including entry numbers, posting dates, user IDs, and source descriptions.

You can filter the report by date, user, or source to trace financial transactions and verify posting activity.

Use cases

Use during preparation for an audit or when tracing G/L entries by posting dates or users to verify financial transaction integrity.
